New Zealand Shipping policy
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Possible delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of your control.
Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
New Zealand - Shipping Rates
Free shipping is available for orders over $75.00 within New Zealand.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@honeywrap.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Australian - Shipping Rates
For orders up to $200.00 the rate is $29.95
For orders between $200.00 and $400.00 the rate is $44.95
For Orders over $400.00 please contact the team at info@honeywrap.co.nz for a quote.
Rest of the world - Shipping Rates
For orders up to $150.00 the rate is $34.95
For orders between $150.00 and $300.00 the rate is $49.95
For Orders over $300.00 please contact the team at info@honeywrap.co.nz for a quote.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Honeywrap is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
